In your home or at The Blending Bar
In a One-on-One Yoga session, you will be guided through a series of yoga poses chosen just for you, with special attention given to any areas of attention, concern or pain. This Yin and Yang technique naturally strengthens the body by targeting muscles honouring an active yang approach that is balanced and enhanced with a yin-style deep stretch to target joints, tendons and ligaments. All sessions include a take home 5ml Aromatherapy Pulse Point Blend to enhance the benefits of your session. One-on-one Yoga is available at The Blending Bar, in Port Coquitlam or at your location.
Your First Session
The first session will give us an opportunity to connect and discuss what you’d like
from your yoga practice. You’ll learn specific yoga poses, personalized posture tips, therapeutic breathing techniques, and take home an essential oil blend to enhance your results. You may choose to continue with a One-on-One yoga series or bring your tips and tools home support you with your home practice. One step at a time… It’s all about you!

*On location prices are based on within 15km from The Blending Bar. Aromatherapy Pulse Point Blends are custom blended for each client before each on location session.
Cancellation Policy
Your Blending Bar session is reserved especially for you. Group reservations are subject to contract agreement. Those who do not honour their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee. Failure to show for session, workshop, class or event, the entire service price will be charged. If at least 24 hours notice is given, services will be cancelled without charge and if less than 24 hours notice is given, 50 percent of the service price will be charged.
On occasion, and due to unforeseen circumstances, The Blending Bar may need to reschedule your previously booked appointment(s). Please be assured that on such occasions we have exhausted all other options. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs at your earliest convenience. In such cases, complimentary services or compensation may not be provided.
