Hayley Loewen: As the creator and owner of "I Am Blessed Mala Beads", Hayley's creations are made with real gemstones from the earth, each with their own unique healing energies. Her Mala's also come with Lava Beads, to be used for essential oils and is handmade with positive intention and cleansed with a sage ceremony. Leah Burns: Leah decided a few years ago to radically change her career path & is now offering workshops & sharing different modalities to assist others to find true joy and purpose in their lives. Leah offers workshops where she combines the simple but effective technique of EFT Tapping with Essential Oils. If you want to reduce stress levels in your everyday life, try EFT! Leah (pronounced Lee) is a Certified Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner, Intuitive, Mind, Body & Spirit Coach, and a Clinical Aromatherapist.
Stephanie Kennedy: After a second-trimester miscarriage, walking through grief and pain lead Stephanie to a deep knowing that she needed to use her life experiences to help others. She received her diploma in Professional Counselling with a specialization in Sexual Abuse Counselling from The Vancouver College of Counsellor Training. Stephanie's client-centred approach to counselling is mindful and heart-based, with principles including Adlerian, Rational Emotional Behavioural Therapy (REBT), and Gestault.
Alan Anderson: Speaking from a heart touched by grief and held by hope, Alan loves to write and speak about the deep things in the midst of life’s messiness. His writing and workshops reflect his 40 years of coming alongside people who are hurting as well as personal experiences. Alan has co-authored a book called "Good Grief People", which is available at The Blending Bar.
Andrea Bath: calling herself a “wellness junkie” because of her fascination with all things holistic; Andrea has studied yoga, holistic nutrition, energy healing and has spent many hours emerged in personal development and manifestation learnings. Her passion lies in weaving aspects from all these modalities together along with her intuitive senses to create spaces for everyone to heal and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.
Robin Cull-Hewitt, M.A: as a registered Life Coach Robin helps women achieve their goals and dreams so they can live the life they love living. Her LIFE-changing wellness and lifestyle programs that are individualized to help you reach your highest potential. Robin has completed a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Education and is at the Dissertation level of a Doctorate in Psychology of Education. Her workshops and sought-after programs help people breakthrough limitations, build their dreams, accelerate their results, and create richer, more fulfilling lives.
Paula Young: Paula is the original Blending Bartender and has worked with Amy at The Blending Bar since March 2015. Paula is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. While recovering from a sports injury at age 16, Paula became inspired to share the holistic healing power of yoga and massage therapy with others. Through classical Hatha and Yin Yoga, Paula’s passion is to help her students discover a healthy lifestyle, supported by the focus and relaxation offered by yogic practice.
Kayla Jensen: As the creative force behind the Cariboo Candle Co. Kayla uses all natural, soy-based ingredients and essential oil based scents to make massage candles that are long-lasting, and have superior moisturizing properties. Kayla offers ongoing Candle Making Workshops at The Blending Bar & makes our intimacy Massage Candles.
