Embodied Meditation Practice - Workshop Series with Nadine

Embodied Meditation Practice - Workshop Series with Nadine

Regular price $100

When we sit down to meditate, we often "think" to let go of thoughts and try to subdue an out-of-control mind and often forget about the body's role in meditation.
Learn 4 different approaches on how to cultivate an embodied meditation practice through movement and breath. These practices are based on ancient/traditional Tibetan, Japanese, Daoist and Zen forms. Each practice has its own unique form of relaxation. Each has its own various ways of exploring and developing both stillness and movement to stimulate the flow of feeling and energy which integrates body and mind.
