She is a registered 500 hour yoga instructor through the Canadian Yoga Alliance, a certified yoga therapist through International Association of Yoga Therapists, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Renee has over 20 years experience working with individuals with physical injury and illness, and with this experience she has come to realize in order to truly serve people in their journey towards health and healing, the whole person needs to be considered–mind, body, & spirit, and her yoga therapy, yoga classes, and writings reflect this integrated model of health.
