Pico Iyer states, “Silence is where our deepest self resides and where our deepest self evaporates”, thus emptying the self to create this vast space within to give wholeheartedly. With this spaciousness that arises and lovingkindness exercises, the cultivation of habits of compassion for ourselves and others begins.
A mini Zen tea service with Japanese forms will take place after meditation.
