Week 1 (May 8th) – Awareness – Explore HeartMath® tools and the science of stress and resilience. Discover how to use different types of awareness for physical and emotional well-being.
Week 2 (May 15th) – Attention – A deeper look into mindfulness and how perception and directed attention change your brain and impact your decisions. Learn techniques to improve your mental clarity and sense of ease.
Week 3 (May 22nd) – Immersion – Hands-on Horticultural Therapy techniques and Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) … simple soil science and good stuff for the brain! 😊
Week 4 (May 29th) – Integration – How to keep it simple and keep it alive. Practices for integrating the therapeutic nature-based activities into your daily life – that work best for you!
