This class is for those who experience tension in the body, have chronic pain, are looking for a gentle yoga practice or who are new to yoga and just getting started. Amy uses a gentle blend of yoga postures and breathing techniques in a very supportive, comfortable and calm environment. Bring 1 -2 blankets and dress in layers, as it can be cold in this space. Please arrive 15 mins before start time.

Explore the Practice of yin yoga with Amy. Each posture is designed to let the muscles fatigue in a deep, 7 min. stretch, targeting the deep connective tissues. You’ll learn specific yoga poses and personalized posture tips in this inactive practice, for all levels. Leave feeling like you had a deep tissue massage. Please arrive 15 mins before start time.
