Asia Mann is a passionate Yoga Teacher ERYT® 200, YACEP®, and teaches classes that are both strengthening and nurturing, for whatever is going on in your life. Asia teaches at both Epic Yoga studio in Maple Ridge, and at Believe Yoga Studio in Port Coquitlam.

MONDAYS:

Hatha Yoga, 5 pm - 6 pm, Believe Yoga Studio, #3 – 2559 Shaughnessy Street Port Coquitlam

Asia teaches a traditional Hatha class that unites the breath, grounds the body. Holding poses anywhere from 5-15 breaths to connect to each experience that each pose brings.

Yin/Deep Stretch Yoga, 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm, Believe Yoga Studio, #3 – 2559 Shaughnessy Street Port Coquitlam

Asia teaches a calming Yin where her students can connect to the stillness and wisdom that resides within; to soften amidst the different challenges that arise both on and off the matt. She adds active stretches within her yin/deep stretch to help loosen up the muscles of the body during these classes.  

FRIDAYS:

Yin/Yang Yoga, Fridays, 9 am - 10 am  Epic Yoga Studio, #301 - 22838 Lougheed Hwy, Maple Ridge

Utilizing both surrender and strength in her Yin/Yang class Asia creates a practice that challenges the mind and the body.

Hatha Yoga, Fridays, 10:30 am - 11:30 am  Epic Yoga Studio, #301 - 22838 Lougheed Hwy, Maple Ridge

Asia likes to teach a traditional Hatha class that unites the breath, grounds the body and brings a sense of peace to her students. Holding poses anywhere from 5-15 breaths to connect to each experience that each pose brings.  

Pre-Natal Yoga, Fridays, 6 pm - 7 pm  Epic Yoga Studio, #301 - 22838 Lougheed Hwy, Maple Ridge

With her compassionate, nurturing nature Asia brings a class that activity prepares the body, mind, and spirit for childbirth and releases excess stress
