HOW MUCH TIME is Required to do the Reset Challenge?
Plan to spend 15-20 minutes a day + attend 3 one hour live group coaching sessions on zoom to maximize your experience and results. Recording included. If you miss a few days, commit to catching up when you're able. Listen to your gut, trust your intuition and be honest with yourself. Stay the course. It's your course!
