Class Descriptions

Aroma Yoga Hatha

Experience mindful movement with breath awareness infused with aromatherapy, life coaching, yoga philosophy and truth telling in this Hatha Yoga class. Cultivate and increase mental clarity, emotional regulation, self esteem, mobility, flexibility and strength. This gentle practice is a great choice for beginners, seasoned practitioners and folks experiencing stress, chronic pain, limited mobility, overactive stress response, trauma or during pregnancy. Plenty of options are provided along with supportive props. Optional essential oils are provided to smell from a “sniffy stick” during and after class to enhance your experience during and after class.

Rest & Release

This gentle, meditative trauma informed yoga class helps to release deep seated tension that gets stored in the body as a traumatic stress response after a crisis. Discover the principles of TRE (Trauma/ Tension Release Exercises) to allow a mild tremor or gentle shake in the body that restores a healthy stress response to aid in trauma recovery. Optional essential oils are provided to smell from a "sniffy stick" during and after class to enhance your experience during and after class. It's time to let your breath do the breathing while you rest and receive the benefits.

Chair Yoga

Enhance mobility, increase flexibility, access strength, elevate energy, and achieve better balance in this class that incorporates seated and standing postures with the support of a chair. We gather to practice the principles of yoga that may include conscious conversation, movement and stillness to live well and love fully. A fusion of traditional yoga philosophy with the latest neuroscience this yoga practice provides in a deep stretch for the mind and strengthening the body with a taste of life coaching.

Meditation Circle

Discover and practise simple, accessible, and powerful tools to strengthen your self-care muscle. Each class is highly experiential and may include aromatherapy, journalling, body awareness exercises, visualization, meditation and conscious conversation.
